I have been unable to find a paper using biopsies to show a statistically significant correlation of histologic diagnosis with clinical outcomes (pain, fertility, appearance, etc) in patients with endometriosis comparing biopsy positive and biopsy negative groups.  There is a $100 reward for paper(s) showing correlation of histologic diagnosis with clinical outcomes (pain, fertility, appearance, etc) that are not listed on http://www.memfert.com/reward.htm
