Dr. Dan Martin
Dr. Dan C. Martin
is
a gynecologist, infertility specialist and reproductive surgeon in practice
with UT Medical Group, Inc. in Memphis, Tennessee. He is on the faculty at the
University of Tennessee Health Science Center and is a Professor in the
Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. A native of St. Louis and Atlanta, Dr.
Martin received his B.S. degree in physics in 1968 and his medical degree in
1972 from Emory University in Atlanta. He served his internship and residency
in Gynecology and Obstetric and a year of fellowship in Reproductive
Endocrinology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Prior to moving to
Memphis in 1977, he was Divisional Director of Medical Education at Johns
Hopkins. He is a
Past-President
of AAGL and is the editor of the
AAGL Manual of Endoscopy.
He lives with his wife, Glenn Ann Martin, Ph.D., and has two sons, Josh (b. 1975) and
